Eric Medina is of counsel to Graber PLLC. In addition to maintaining an active commercial litigation practice, Eric’s main focus is on representing debtors and creditors in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Medina has practiced law at several major law firms, including Troutman Sanders LLP and Gibbons P.C. He is a former Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Gerald C. Escala, PJCh. (retired) of the Chancery Division and is an active member of both the New York and New Jersey Bars. Mr. Medina is a native Spanish speaker and a member of the Cuban Community in New Jersey, New York and Florida.

Eric is a magna cum laude graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and a graduate of Fordham Law School.
