Daniel Graber’s practice is focused on business litigation and white-collar criminal defense. He actively represents individuals, professionals, financial institutions, private and public companies and not-for-profit organizations in Federal and State courts in the New York area, and nationwide. He has extensive experience handling complex commercial litigation through trial, and defending against criminal charges brought by local, state and federal prosecutors.
Daniel Graber graduated cum laude from the University at Albany before attending Fordham Law School, where he served as an editor on the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York Criminal Bar Association and the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
